Our Active Flag Committee finished off the year with a Festive Christmas Congo..What fun we had...CHA CHA CHA
As we had discussed our toys for Christmas and the difference between what our grandparents received etc we decided to host our own little toy show. We invited the junior room into our class to put on the "Ballintogher Toy show". Each group presented their toys, and we included some singing, dancing, poetry, hurling skills, soccer skills, karate skills and lots lots more.. It was a very enjoyable afternoon and well done to the junior class for taking part in the songs and poems.
Following weeks of preparation, the day arrived when we would present "The Christmas Toy story". We were very excited and a little nervous. All went brilliantly and we were all very proud of our Christmas show. Many thanks to all the parents, family and friends who attended to support us.
![]() The children are in full rehearsal mode at the moment in preparation for their concert on Friday. If possible, could all costumes be in by Wednesday. Costumes have been discussed with the children. Please note it will be held in Ballintogher Hall at 1pm on Friday the 14th of December. There was great excitement this morning when our classroom elf "Elvis" arrived back for Christmas. There was some funny and unusual happenings in our classroom and we think it may have been him..We hope he behaves himself!!
